iTrue Security provides security-related services including, but not limited to, alarm systems, video surveillance, monitoring, installation, maintenance, and related services. Specific services are governed by separate service agreements or contracts.
2. Accounts and Portal Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Payments and Billing
Payments may be made via credit/debit card, ACH/bank draft, financing, or invoicing.
Payment terms, deposits, and recurring billing arrangements are outlined in your service agreement.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
4. Monitoring and Third-Party Services
Monitoring services are provided through third-party monitoring centers. iTrue Security is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet service providers, cellular carriers, or power outages.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iTrue Security shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
Services and website content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
7. Termination
iTrue Security reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or services for violations of these Terms or applicable agreements.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
